Wet n Wild Comfort Zone Review

Hello everyone!
Today I am reviewing the Wet n Wild Comfort Zone Palette. This much loved brand is available in Dunnes Stores nationwide in Ireland. This brand is known worldwide for their great quality cosmetics at low prices. Wet n Wild are particularly famous for their eyeshadows. This product only cost me €6.99 for 8 shades which is a bargain

Packaging

The product comes in plastic packaging. To be honest, it's not the most sturdy and long lasting, but I'm sure that if you look after it, any damage could be avoided. The product has a clear lid so you can see the eyeshadows clearly which is quite handy! It's flat and compact and ideal for travel.

Here are the swatches

My Thoughts...

As you can see from the picture above, there are neutral and green shades in this palette. The Wet n Wild shadows are ideal if you want to experiment with more bright colours without spending your hard earned money on high end brands.

Each shadow is labelled with the area of the eye it can be applied. But these shades can be mixed and matched to create what ever look you're going for.

I'll admit that some shades are more creamy and pigmented than others, but they are decent quality for the price. I particularly love the green shades as I don't own many green shades in my makeup colection.

Here is a makeup look I created using this palette

The Bottom Line...

This product is ideal for beginners or if you simply want to expand the range of eyeshadows in your collection. I am really pleased with this palette, and I can see myself getting plenty of use from this product in the future.

Pros:

  • Great variety of colours
  • Inexpensive
  • Decent quality shadows
  • Small and compact for travel

Cons:

  • Packaging
  • Some shades are not that pigmented

My Rating:

3.5/5

I hope you found my review helpful.

March Favourites

Hey guys!
I hope you are all having a fantastic day. Todays post is my March favourites!

Sleek's Brow Kit in Dark
I love the look of bold and defined brows. I have been complimented on numerous ocasions on my brows and this is my secret weapon. I have heard that this can also be a dupe for the Benefit Brow Zings too. But Sleek's version is only €9.99, a total steal!

Benefit's Benetint
I use this product quite often when I'm going to college. On days I don't want to wear lipstick and I want to keep my makeup look quite natural I use this. It gives a lovely stain to my lips, which can be quite pale and dull naturally. This product can also double up as a cheek stain but you should definately use a light hand when applying this to the cheeks!

Coco Chanel
I love a strong scent that stays powerful during the day. This scent is so stricking and I'm totally addicted to it, I just can't get enough! I wouldn't wear this on a day to day basis, its far too strong. I only wear it on occasions

Elf Mineral Infused Face Primer
I discovered this primer last year and I rediscovered it again this month. I have quite visable pores and this minimises the appearance of them. It's also so affordable, what more could you want!

Lush Dream Cream
I use this product on very dry areas on my skin. It is made with oats which is great for damaged skin or eczema. I love to use this as a hand cream too.

Maybelline Color Tattoo in Metallic Promenade
This was the first Maybelline Color tattoo that I've tried and I have been so amazed at the quality of them! I have used this numerous times to create smokey berry eye looks. It gives the perfect base to any eye look and makes your eyeshadow last much longer. For  tutorials of someof the makeup looks I created, Click here and here
